JTB Switzerland will run co-op advertisements in national papers with TOs such as (Soleytours, Bischofberger Info-Reisen, Let's Go Tours, Holiday Maker Tours, Travel Way, Planete Bleue, and Trade Wings) and travel agent window displays. |

JTB Switzerland will be hosting a journalist from the largest religious publishing house. The 2 magazines he represents are Sonntag for the Catholic community and Leben & Glauben for the Protestant community. |

3-13 May
JTB Switzerland will host the national television to film a 12-15 minute program which will be aired in the summer during primetime. The number of potential viewers is approx. 600'000 - 800'000. This programme will be focussed on the Hejaz Railway and the possible future importance of it for Jordan. Noticing that Switzerland is a country of train lovers, a lot of interest in this topic can be expected. |

8-13 May
JTB Switzerland will host a familiarization trip to Jordan with tour operators interested in offering Jordan in their program. |

16-17 May
JTB Switzerland will be visiting 2 large Swiss TOs (Soleytours and Bischofberger Info Reisen) for a Jordan presentation and training of their sales teams. This personalized form of training allows us to answer any questions the sales teams might have and provide in-depth info on Jordan. |

To encourage skin disease sufferers and promote the Dead Sea as a cure and wellness destination, a letter, info-flyer and brochure will be sent to approx. 200 dermatologists explaining the benefits of a stay at the Dead Sea, in an effort to put the dead sea health and wellness map. |

A one week Radio advertising campaign in a regional Swiss radio (210,000 listeners) will be planned in conjunction with a TO, the advertising campaign will include 6 segments per day of info about Jordan as a tourist destination and a direct offer for Jordan will be provided by the TO. |

Training sessions with Kuoni and Esco Reisen who are two of the biggest TO’s offering Jordan will be initiated to better school their staff on the Jordan product and what Jordan has to offer. |

08 - 13 June
JTB will be hosting 4 potential TOs to help them in their decision to start featuring Jordan in their programme, these TO’s are very keen to see Jordan and initiate contact with local Jordanian TO’s to discuss business agreements. |

19 - 20 June
JTB Switzerland will be participating in Swiss Invest Forum, an annual event taking place in Zurich, that encourages investment in member countries. The platform this year is the Middle East with the focus being on tourism investment. JTB Switzerland will be participating with the Jordan Investment Board and giving a presentation on Jordan to high profile business people visiting the forum. |
