The JTB hosted Studienkreis fur Tourismus und Entwicklung e.V. to give a high quality training for Jordanian Tour Guides. The partnership between JTB and STE dates back to two years ago when these training started taking place as part of JTB’s commitment and interest in maintaining and enriching the quality of services that the tourism industry offers.

This training is a very unique experience for the tour guides and focuses on enriching their communication abilities, interpersonal and intercultural awareness and skills, as well as enriching their general knowledge of what a tourist is looking for when traveling.

The JTB is now looking into partnering with the Tour Guide Association in hosting the advanced version of this course in the near future.
