As part of its marketing activities, the JTB hosted VIP press trips from Austria and Germany, with participants representing some of the biggest daily newspapers, glossy magazines and other media venues on a press trip to Jordan.

To further enrich the guests’ programs, the JTB arranged for a dinner meeting with representatives of the sector in addition to members of the Board, and the media.

Mr. Mazen Homoud, Managing Director of the JTB commenced the event with a welcoming speech and thanked the media representatives for their genuine interest in the Kingdom. He also expressed the JTB’s eagerness to read and see their publications in the near future. The dinner served to commemorate the guests and end their journey to Jordan with a memorable occasion.

Hosting press trips from major international media is part of the marketing tools that the JTB uses to enhance the awareness of Jordan in major tourism source markets.
