New passenger terminal to be ready in 2011

A $700 million project to rehabilitate and expand the Queen Alia International Airport is expected to come to an end in August 2011 with the opening of a new passenger terminal. The project is part of a 25-year concession agreement, in which Airport International Group (AIG) will be responsible for airport operations, the rehabilitation of existing facilities and the construction of the new passenger terminal.
