Madaba Visitor Centre to Get Facelift
The Madaba Visitor Centre, the starting point for more than 150,000 tourists who visit the city annually, will undergo renovations under a $99,687 project that seeks to improve visitor experience and prolong their average stay.
The Friends of Archaeology and Heritage (FOAH) has been awarded a grant by the USAID/Jordan Tourism Development Project (Siyaha) to design and implement an interpretation plan for the centre in cooperation with the Department of Antiquities and the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities. |
