May 10th

JTB Italy will be holding a workshop dedicated to TAs of Genova, in collaboration with the TO NBTS Viaggi
May 15th

JTB Italy will be hosting a ‘Giordania Jones’ themed party at Cafè Porta Nuova of Verona, in collaboration with the TO Boscolo Tours and Royal Jordanian. This event will be dedicated to travel agents in Italy.
May 17-18-19

JTB Italy will be holding three workshops with CRAL (employer’s association) in Milan, Padova and Rome. These events are being organised to meet the members and inform them about the Jordan product.
May 17-18-24

JTB Italy will hold a Jordan promotion and presentation at FNAC multistore of Turin, Milan and Naples in collaboration with FNAC, Lonely Planet and the leading TO I Viaggi del Turchese.
May 19

JTB Italy will be participating at I Viaggi del Turchese convention in Rimini and giving a presentation on Jordan to 250 tour agents.
May 30th

JTB Italy will be hosting another ‘Giordania Jones’ themed party at Barbar Cafè of Rome, in collaboration with I Viaggi dell’Elefante TO and Royal Jordanian. This event is dedicated to travel agents.
June 1-8

JTB Italy will run an online workshop as a training and updating program for travel agents in collaboration with a TO partner.
June 2-8th

JTB Italy will host a familiarization trip dedicated to 8 potential TOs in collaboration with RJ.
June 15th

JTB Italy will send out its quarterly E-newsletter to update Jordan Experts and Italian TAs on Jordan product and JTB activities.
June

JTB Italy will host a group of journalists on an eco-press trip. Two of the participants have confirmed from La Republica Delle Donne (circulation 603,589) and Panorama Travel (circulation 165,121).
May 25-30

JTB will host a two crew members of Oltremoda (audience 900.000), which is a trend, fashion, travel TV program broadcasted on RAI 1 national TV channel.
June

JTB Italy will be sending out an E-newsletter in cooperation with Qui-Viaggi to the consumer to inform them of all the latest developments in Jordan and promote the destination.
May- June

JTB Italy will continue with its extended advertising campaign running on subway video maxi screens and LCD screens in Rome, Milan Turin and Naples. A parallel co-marketing campaign is also running on the internet travel sites www.lastminute.com , www.google.it and www.expedia.it as well as a media advertising campaign in a selection of print media.
