IFTM – TOP RESA
the leading B2B tourism fair in France, is the annual international meeting event of all tourism professionals in Paris. The Jordan Tourism Board will again this year be present during this major event, sharing its stand with different partners in order to promote the destination. |

Training sessions
Following the workshops of Lille and Toulouse in June 2009, JTB will continue carry on its tour of France to present the destination to travel agents in major cities of Province. The training sessions will have for objective to present the destination to travel agents and to give them the keys and selling points to feel more at ease with the destination and better propose and sell Jordan to their clients. The tour includes cities such as Lyon, Marseille, Toulouse, Bordeaux, Strasbourg and Nantes. |

Summer online campaign
As an extension of JTB’s summer online campaign in France, Jordan will be visible during two days in September 2009 on www.Routard.com, the first most visited online travel guide in France. Jordan will operate a takeover of the website: each home pages of each rubric of the website will be designed with an exclusive Jordan graphic design. This action will have for objective to increase the visibility of Jordan among travellers. |

B2B weekly magazine
L’Echo touristique is the first French B2B weekly magazine entirely dedicated to tourism professionals with a distribution of 156,000 copies each week filled with in-depth articles and full coverage of the news of the tourism sector. A detachable index card about Jordan will be created and inserted in the TOP RESA issue of l’Echo Touristique which will be freely handed during the fair. This card will be dedicated to travel agents and TOs. |

Partnership
1001 Listes is the number 3 TO in France for Honeymoons. On the occasion of the launching of their first brochure, JTB France concluded a partnership for a full page of advertising on Jordan within the brochure. The brochure will be launched in September 2009 and will be distributed in 50,000 exemplars through 12 special travel agencies and in all the 350 Carlson Wagonlit Voyages travel agencies in France. The brochure will exclusively be dedicated to honeymoon trips with both short and long trips offers. |

Cadence Voyages
The Jordan Tourism Board will be partner of Cadence Voyages – a French travel agency specialized in group trips – who will organize its annual promotion action for work councils in Lyon (the 3rd biggest city in France). Each year this event gathers all works councils’ deciders in order to promote the offer of Cadence Voyages with different stands for Tourism Offices and receptive agencies of Cadence Voyage. Jordan will be the destination put forward. The event will take place in a strategic place for the JTB as Lyon has the advantage to be served by two airline companies with a direct flight to Jordan: Top of Travel and Plein Vent. |

Jordan Tourism Board will send to all its partners (TOs, airline companies, MICE Agencies, journalists, etc.) the second edition of the JTB News, an online TV news with all major information and latest news on Jordan: tourism statistics, news about airline companies, hotels, events in Jordan and news of the Jordan Tourism Board in France. |

Press trip
An individual press trip will be organized in October 2009 for a journalist from the over-fifty magazine NOTRE TEMPS. The magazine is one of the leading magazines for seniors, with a readership of 4,492,000 readers and a circulation of 891,308 copies. The press trip will be focused on Petra for the publication of a dedicated press article in NOTRE TEMPS. |

October Press trip
A press trip will be launched in October 2009 for Mrs Anne-Laure Le Gall, editor in chief of tourism and travel column if the newsmagazine PARIS MATCH. The thematic angle of the press trip will be “Jordan and its beauties in Wadi-Rum (trekking and climbing) + Petra + Little Petra + Shobak + Dana + Wadi Hasa + and leisure activities at Dead Sea”. PARIS MATCH is one of the leading weekly newsmagazines in France with a circulation 655,906 copies and a readership of 4,875,000 readers. |
