Dear members and friends,

The first quarter of 2012 has been all about plans. We have huge plans for the year. Not only is this the year of the 200th anniversary of the rediscovery of Petra but JTB will also be planning and hosting its very first conference.

In June, in cooperation with UNWTO and under the patronage of HM King Abdullah II, JTB will be hosting a conference on Seizing Tourism Market Opportunities in Times of Rapid Change, with 500 participating tour operators and members of the media.

Furthermore, after our successful foray into the world of social media in 2011, we promise to continue our innovative streak with customized projects and contests in 2012 as well. Stay tuned.
